Application Process

We ensure the application process is smooth through the following steps;

1- Provide your CV and portfolio (if present) on the email attached below.

2- An email will be sent to you updating you on the phase of hiring.

3- An interview will be set in place for you to be interviewed.

4- An acceptance/rejection email will be sent to you to update you.

5- An orientation call will be scheduled for you to be informed and caught up to the current stage after acceptance.

6- An associate will be placed on training period depending on how the analysis of the application went, time varies. - An intern will be placed on training throughout the entire period.

1- Comfortability is promoted by working remotely, all work is done remotely unless your work's specific nature requires on site (photoshoots, direct meetings, etc.)

3- There is potential long-term employment for our interns if the analysis is returned positive, we can offer you a full time or part-time position at MLT Marketerra!
