Shaded compares a digital strategist to a surgeon. "Think of the marketing strategy as a surgical procedure," he says. "The business is the patient, the strategist is the surgeon. "I was the cub who became the lion," he says, reflecting on his journey from the University of Sharjah to founding his agency in Istanbul. "I learned my responsibilities were duties I had to uphold. My loyalties lie with my family --> the standard upholders and the consultants of my life."
